Rotary Performance Stage Rental

Reserve
The Alexander County Courthouse Park and Rotary Performance Stage has a covered stage with a lawn area that can be reserved for events. Reservations are not available online at this time. The rental application can be found on the Alexander County Parks and Recreation website.
The children's area with splash pad, picnic shelter, and playground stays open to the public during normal operating hours and cannot be reserved.
Restrooms stay open to the public during normal operating hours.

Note:

For large events, the applicant shall be responsible for extra trash cans and porta johns. The maintenance/cleaning fee does not cover these items.
The fee Schedule is as follows:

Non-Profit: Local $FREE
Outside County $100 per day*
Maintenance: Post-event cleaning $150 per day
Security Deposit: Refundable $300
Cancellation Fee: 30 days in prior to event 25% of rental fee
Less than 30 days before event 75% of rental fee
